As soon as I saw these Charles Philip slippers in the new Bergdorf Goodman shoe catalog, I knew I must make them mine. I popped up to the 5th Floor yesterday and was even more impressed with them in person. They were created in Shanghai by Charles Philip using shirting fabric and are still all handmade. The best part is that they range in price from $135-185. Unheard of these days. Oh, and did I mention that they are not only comfortable but come in a chic box with a pretty dust bag and fabric shoe trees?! I bought the red and blue stripes but I have a feeling this will be just the first of many pairs.

Bergdorf Goodman Holiday Windows for the Boys
The Bergdorf Goodman holiday windows at the women's store get all the attention but those at the men's store are just as chic. I love it when they use animal heads on the mannequins which is kind of fitting since most men are animals. I jest of course but I do see some similarities. Happy Holidays!

Bergdorf Goodman Holiday Windows 2011
It wouldn't be the holidays in New York without the Bergdorf Goodman holiday windows. Each year, David Hoey and his team out do themselves and this year is no exception. The theme is "Carnival of the Animals" and they aren't joking. Animals are practically bursting out of every window and are also making everyone who walks by smile with delight. Happy Holidays!
